Yes. Dark Mode Nose Strips are safe for children over 5 years old. We suggest parents of young children assist in the application and removal of the strips.
While Dark Mode Nose Strips can be used on a daily basis, we do not recommend using a single Dark Mode Nose Strip for more than 12 hours per day. If rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Each Dark Mode Nose Strip is meant to be used as a single use only. Do not reapply the nose strip, use a fresh strip.
We recommend washing your face with warm water and gently lift each side of the strip to remove it.
An application site reaction may occur, such as redness, irritation, pain, peeling, or bleeding. Hypersensitivity reactions including rash, itching, and swelling may occur when using the nasal strips. If any of the above symptoms occur, discontinue use of Dark Mode Nose Strips.
Dark Mode Nose Strips are single use only. Don’t reuse them. The adhesive is not designed for multiple use applications. Dark Mode Nose Strips should not be used for more than 12 hours.
When mouth tape is used during sleep, it encourages nasal breathing by keeping the mouth closed.

When mouth taping using medical tape, you will find that you have to use upwards of four strips of medical tape to tape your mouth shut. The medical tape can be uncomfortable to apply and remove and oftentimes will fall off if you’re a restless sleeper, leading to mouth breathing without noticing.
